Tobias Hollerbach is a Partner at BUSE.
His main areas of practice are litigation, commercial and corporate law, liability proceedings and unfair competition as well as trademark law.
He is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.
Tobias Hollerbach conducts litigation proceedings in the aforementioned practice areas across the country for both German and multinational corporations. He has considerable experience in complex disputes between shareholders and liability proceedings. Furthermore, he works for well-known manufacturers and distributors of branded products in trademark and unfair competition matters.
Before joining BUSE, he worked for several years at a law firm associated with one of the “Big Four” accounting firms.
