Konstantin Wagner is an attorney at BUSE’s Frankfurt office and works in Dr. Thomas Rinne’s team in the field of international business law, commercial law, and corporate law.
His areas of expertise and focus particularly include issues revolving around international jurisdiction and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Konstantin Wagner studied law at the University of Trier, specialising in international commercial and business law and completing a subject-specific foreign language course in Anglo-American law (common law).
After completing his studies in Germany, he obtained a Master’s degree in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK.
Konstantin Wagner advises in German, English and Bulgarian.
