Huster Oberflächentechnik GmbH complements the group and rounds off the existing product portfolio in the field of corrosion protection for mass-produced small parts.
The previous management of Huster Oberflächentechnik GmbH, consisting of Ms. Meike Huster and Mr. Eberhard Huster, will continue to run the company. This ensures continuity for employees, customers and suppliers.
Behind the electroplating group “United Surface Technology” is the Düsseldorf-based Arcaris Management GmbH. The holding company represents a network of entrepreneurs and entrepreneur families who make long-term investments in classic German medium-sized companies. The focus is on established, profitable companies. With a combination of independent, long-term capital and its own management resources, Arcaris supports in particular in succession situations. The acquisition of Huster Oberflächentechnik GmbH represents Arcaris’ fourth acquisition in the field of surface technology.
