Dr. Roger Ebert is a partner in our Berlin office. He is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law as well as a specialist lawyer for employment law.
Dr. Roger Ebert has many years of experience in the appointment and dismissal of managing directors and board members as well as all related issues concerning the establishment and termination of the underlying employment contracts. He advises shareholders in shareholder disputes, represents them – in close consultation with clients – at shareholder meetings and in court in interim injunction and main proceedings. Dr. Roger Ebert also advises on employment law relating to the establishment and termination of employment relationships, in particular in the case of company restructurings, thanks to his particular expertise.
Dr. Roger Ebert is also a proven specialist in distribution law. He advises and represents franchise companies on the establishment and further development of franchise systems, with regard to related corporate law issues through to the development of participation models for distribution partners.
