Dr Nina Lüssmann is a lawyer and a partner at BUSE.
One focus of her work is providing advice and legal representation in all areas of Reputation Protection. Her great wealth of knowledge is based on uninterrupted experience as a lawyer in Press and Privacy Law since 2009. She counts individuals and commercial enterprises with national and international reputations amongst her clients. The Legal 500 Germany has listed Dr Lüssmann as a “Next Generation Lawyer” since 2019.

Dr Lüssmann is also specialised in Copyright and Media Law. She advises, amongst others, copyright holders on asserting their claims and authors before publication.
Before joining BUSE, she founded the legal firm Prinz Lüssmann Perten together with Prof Dr Matthias Prinz und Dr Volker Perten. There, Dr Lüssmann was responsible for advising individuals in questions related to the Right to Privacy and Reputation Protection.
