Dr. Markus Dreyer is a lawyer and counsel at BUSE in Berlin.
He is a member of the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Practice Group and a member of the Employment Law Practice Group.
Dr. Dreyer’s work in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sector focuses on providing comprehensive medical law advice to doctors, medical practices, medical care centres, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
He has successfully completed the theoretical part of the specialist lawyer training course in medical law.
In the field of employment law, Dr. Dreyer advises on all issues of individual and collective employment law. He supports both employers and employees, primarily doctors.
Before joining BUSE, Dr. Dreyer worked for several years as a lawyer in commercial law firms and as a legal advisor at the German Travel Association and the Marburger Bund Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg.
In the course of these activities, he has given various lectures and training courses and published specialist articles. He teaches labour law at the SRH Berlin School of Design and Communication.
Dr. Dreyer studied law at the Free University of Berlin. There he completed his doctorate in law in 2005 with a dissertation on ‘The admissibility of profit sharing for employees in collective agreements’.
