Furkan Hainke is a solicitor at BUSE’s Berlin office and works as part of Dr Roger Ebert’s team in the areas of commercial and distribution law, franchise law and company law. His other areas of specialisation include tenancy law, as well as general civil law and litigation.
Furkan Hainke advises and represents clients in matters relating to distribution and company law, as well as in disputes concerning tenancy law and general civil law. His work encompasses both out-of-court advice and contract drafting, as well as the enforcement and defence of claims in court.
Furkan Hainke completed his law degree at Humboldt University in Berlin, specialising in corporate and company law.
