The commercial law firm BUSE is strengthening its public procurement advisory services at its Munich office: Markus Laskowsky, a solicitor and specialist in public procurement law, has returned to BUSE as a salary partner with effect from 1 August 2026. He was previously a member of the public procurement team led by Dr Stefan Pooth and Carsten Steinert from 2018 to 2024.
Markus Laskowsky advises public contracting authorities, local and public-sector companies, sector-specific contracting authorities, hospital operators and private companies on complex procurement procedures. His areas of specialisation lie in public infrastructure, mobility, digitalisation and healthcare. He supports challenging procurement projects from strategic preparation through the conduct of the procurement procedure to the drafting of contracts, and represents clients in review proceedings before public procurement tribunals and higher regional courts.
