His focus is on the legally sound structuring and management of complex procurement procedures, as well as the development of practical procurement models.

A particular focus of his work lies on projects in the fields of public infrastructure, mobility, digitalisation and healthcare. Among other things, he advises on procure-ment in public passenger transport and local rail services, public sector IT and digitalisation projects, as well as hospital and clinic procurement, including hospital IT and medical technology. In addition, he advises on grant-funded projects and procurement models under the Integrated Project Management (IPA) framework.

Markus Laskowsky supports procurement procedures from strategic preparation, through the selection of the type of procedure and the drafting of tender documents, to the evaluation of tenders and the drafting of contracts.
