Hamburg, 1 September 2025. With Dr Esther Kindler, BUSE is strengthening its team at its Hamburg office with a proven expert in inheritance and foundation law, who is joining the firm as a partner from ADVANT Beiten.
Esther Kindler provides comprehensive advice to founders and foundations as well as private individuals and entrepreneurial families on matters of asset and business succession. A particular focus of her work is on anticipated succession, the development of tailor-made asset succession concepts and the execution of wills. In addition, she provides comprehensive support to foundations, associations and other non-profit organisations, from their establishment to their ongoing administration. As an experienced litigator, Esther Kindler also represents her clients in complex inheritance and foundation law disputes in court.
