Dr Esther Kindler is a solicitor, specialist in inheritance law, certified executor (DVEV) and partner at BUSE in Hamburg. She is a member of the Assets and Foundations Practice Group.
One focus of her work is on anticipated succession and the design of asset succession concepts for entrepreneurial families and private individuals, in particular the drafting of wills, inheritance contracts, powers of attorney and the establishment of family companies, arrangements with usufruct reservations and the execution of wills. As an experienced litigator, Esther Kindler also conducts court proceedings in all inheritance and civil law disputes.

In addition, Esther Kindler advises charitable foundations, family foundations, associations and other non-profit organisations as well as founders on all aspects of setting up and managing an independent or dependent foundation or foundation substitute.

Before joining BUSE, Esther Kindler was a partner in a renowned international commercial law firm in the practice group for assets/succession/foundations and previously spent more than ten years advising on inheritance and foundation law, association and non-profit law, and hunting law at a Hamburg-based law firm specialising in commercial and tax law.
Dr Esther Kindler is a lecturer for specialist lawyer training courses in inheritance law.
