20 May 2026. The commercial law firm BUSE is consistently continuing its growth trajectory at its Hamburg office and has recruited Dr Martin Greiser, an experienced partner specialising in corporate law, transaction advisory, growth financing and real estate law. BUSE had only recently expanded its Hamburg office in a targeted manner with the addition of two further partners and the promotion of a partner from within its own ranks.
Dr Martin Greiser advises entrepreneurs, investors and medium-sized companies on all aspects of corporate law. His areas of expertise include the structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as venture capital and growth financing. He also possesses expertise in real estate law, particularly in project developments and property-related transactions. Furthermore, Martin Greiser advises on corporate governance issues under company law and provides training for supervisory boards of public limited companies. His advice combines strategic structuring with the operational implementation of complex transactions, investment projects and capital markets law issues.
Prior to joining BUSE, Dr Martin Greiser worked at leading international law firms in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg, as well as in SME consultancy. He also headed the corporate and capital markets law department of a listed Hamburg-based company.
“In Martin Greiser, we are gaining an excellent advisor with extensive transaction experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. His proven expertise in the areas of corporate law, M&A, venture capital and real estate law strategically strengthens our Hamburg office and is a further key component of our targeted expansion in Hamburg,” says Dr Sven Ahlburg, senior partner at BUSE’s Hamburg office.
Dr Martin Greiser adds: “I am delighted to be joining BUSE. The firm stands for business advice of the highest standard and offers an excellent platform for providing comprehensive support to clients in complex transactions, investments and strategic developments. I find the dynamic development of the Hamburg office particularly appealing, as well as the opportunity to play an active role in shaping this continued growth trajectory.”
