Dr Martin Greiser is an attorney and partner in our Hamburg office. He advises entrepreneurs, investors, and national and international companies on all matters of corporate law, including the structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as venture capital and growth financing.
Another focus of his practice is real estate law, particularly legal advice and contract drafting for project developments and real estate-related transactions.
In addition, Dr Martin Greiser advises companies on restructuring, the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts, and capital markets law issues. His advice combines strategic structuring with the operational execution of complex transactions and investment projects.
He also advises on corporate governance and trains supervisory boards of stock corporations.
Before joining BUSE, Dr Martin Greiser worked at leading international law firms in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Hamburg, and served as head of the Corporate and Capital Markets Law department at a publicly traded company in Hamburg.
