Radolfzell/ Mülheim a.d. Ruhr. BUSE advised SCHAUENBURG INTERNATIONAL Group on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in ENGMATEC GmbH based in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, Germany.
ENGMATEC develops and constructs testing equipment, assembly systems and marking systems for worldwide use in the automotive, telecommunications, domestic and building technology, medical technology, consumer electronics and industrial automation sectors. In addition to their technological leadership in the field of intelligent automation solutions, ENGAMTEC’s products convince through their high quality.
SCHAUENBURG INTERNATIONAL Group is an internationally active, family-run holding company which acquires majority shareholdings in established, profitable industrial companies. The focus is on companies that are leaders in technological niche markets and strengthen or meaningfully complement the existing business areas of SCHAUENBURG INTERNATIONAL Group. At present, these are the key areas of electronic technologies, plastics processing, machinery and equipment as well as industrial technology.
The previous management of ENGMATEC GmbH will continue to run the company. This will ensure continuity for employees, customers and suppliers.
