Timo Meisener is an attorney at BUSE in Düsseldorf. His practice focuses on data management, data protection, and IT law, including the respective interfaces with employment law. He also advises on competition and IP law. Timo Meisener is a TÜV-certified data protection officer.
Timo Meisener advises numerous national and international clients both in and out of court. He also acts as data protection officer for various companies, conducts data protection audits, and advises on a wide range of intellectual property issues. Timo Meisener studied at the Ruhr University in Bochum, specializing in “Business and Competition.” He was admitted to the bar in 2017, initially worked in-house, and is a lecturer on topics including “International Data Protection” at Data Kontext GmbH, the data protection and data security association (GDD e.V.).
