Susanne Wirth is a lawyer based in Berlin.
Her practice focuses on company law, restructuring, reorganisation and insolvency, as well as compliance advice. She specialises in particular in directors’ liability and shareholder disputes. In these areas, Susanne Wirth advises and represents companies and entrepreneurs, shareholders and managers, both in and out of court.
As part of Prof. Dr Peter Fissenewert’s team, Susanne Wirth has been involved in providing advice on reorganisation law and strategic restructuring for numerous companies, including in particularly critical situations.
