Nezih Ülkekul is a lawyer and Partner at BUSE.
His main areas of practice are national and international construction law, corporate and international litigation. He is also a member of both the Real Estate and Construction Law and the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice groups.
His activity covers national and international litigation in the aforementioned areas of law.
Nezih Ülkekul advises international companies on all commercial and corporate matters. In particular, he advises national companies on their market entry into Turkey and foreign companies entering the market in Germany.
Prior to joining BUSE, Nezih Ülkekul worked as an in-house lawyer for STRABAG AG in Cologne, where he was active on both national and international levels.
Additionally, Nezih Ülkekul acts as arbitrator in national and international proceedings.
