Martin Kassebohm is a certified public accountant and tax advisor as well as a Partner at BUSE’s Berlin office.
Prior to joining BUSE, he worked as authorised signatory of a „Big Four” auditing company and for many years as a managing partner of a tax consulting company in Berlin.
Martin Kassebohm operates in the areas of continuous and creative tax consulting for companies of all legal forms as well as wealthy private clients in both a national and international context
He advises primarily in the area of succession planning and tax optimization, in particular on asset protection and asset accumulation.
He is regarded as a renowned specialist for questions regarding taxation treatment of real estate as part of inheritances and donations.
An additional priority lies in advising start-ups and companies that have been existing for a long time in the course of restructurings and corporate transactions/ M&A.
In his capacity as certified public accountant, he also provides financial statement audits and financial due diligence services.
