Marie von Heyden is an attorney at BUSE in Hamburg and works in the areas of corporate law and renewable energies. She is a member of the Corporate and M&A Practice Group and the Renewable Energy Practice Group.
Her practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign companies on corporate and commercial law issues and on M&A transactions. She has particular expertise in advising investors and project developers in the renewable energy sector. In addition, she works at the interface with tax law and advises on the tax structuring of companies from a corporate law perspective.
She completed her law studies in Bonn, Lyon and Berlin. Her legal training took her to Hamburg, where she worked for leading international law firms, among others.
