Andreas Tontsch, LL.M. (London) is a Partner at BUSE and works as an attorney and certified tax advisor out of the Hamburg office.
His expertise focuses on the tax structuring of companies and private assets as well as consulting in tax audits. In his previous roles, he has designed and implemented numerous national and international M&A transactions as well as internal group restructurings. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising on corporate succession. He is particularly familiar with the special tax and legal requirements of family businesses and their owners.
Prior to joining the firm, Andreas Tontsch served for 10 years as Global Head of Tax for a large media group. His experience in tax law is also based on 10 years of work for a large auditing firm.
