Here, a particular challenge was the individual adaptation of the deal structure, which is what made success possible in the first place.

Furthermore, she was responsible for the drafting of the construction contracts and the comprehensive project management contract. Part of the team is the construction and energy lawyer Christina Monticelli (due diligence and turn-key contract) and corporate lawyer Dr. Florian Brem accompanying the share purchase agreement.
The solar park is one of the largest open space plants in Germany. It was agreed to maintain silence about the transaction volume.
