The commercial law firm BUSE is further expanding its expertise in intellectual property (IP) law, IT law, and data protection with the addition of Yves-Alexander Wolff, LL.M., as a new partner at the Hamburg office.
Wolff has extensive international experience advising multinational corporations, mid-sized companies and start-ups. His practice focuses on intellectual property law, in particularly trademark law, data protection (GDPR), and IT and technology law, with a special emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), IP transactions, and technology-driven M&A deals.
Prior to joining BUSE, Yves-Alexander Wolff worked at the international law firm Addleshaw Goddard, where he was involved in setting up the German IP and data protection practice.
