All three come from the renowned boutique law firm Prinz Lüssmann Perten. The special expertise of these new additions lies primarily in press and privacy Law. Their legal area strengthens the portfolio of BUSE.
Both Dr. Lüssmann and Dr. Perten possess many years of expertise in advising on all aspects of reputation protection. Their consultation service often provides a permanent accompaniment throughout the building and maintaining of the reputation and includes litigation in contentious disputes. Clients are private individuals and domestic and foreign commercial enterprises. Another focus of both lawyers lies in copyright and data protection law.
