BUSE has advised Soulhouse GmbH on a growth financing round totalling more than EUR 20 million.
Soulhouse is a rapidly growing company based in Hamburg that offers modern bodywork and related products in its own premium studios. The financing round is primarily intended to further expand the studio network across Europe.
Participants in the funding round include DVS Holding GmbH, based in Munich; Investors Holding AG, based in Liechtenstein; and Spheres Private Equity Fund I SCSp, based in Luxembourg. Through the latter investment vehicle, the founders of FlixBus and Personio, amongst others, have acquired a stake in Soulhouse.
BUSE advised the transaction with a team consisting of Florian Brem, Ernst Brückner and Sophie Schierning.
