Oliver Häck is a lawyer at BUSE’s offices in Berlin, where he advises entrepreneurs and companies comprehensively on all corporate law issues and concerns as well as on M&A transactions.
His long-standing focus is on advising on M&A transactions on both the buyer and seller side. He advises on every phase from due diligence to the drafting and negotiation of company purchase agreements and their execution.
In addition, Oliver Häck has extensive experience in advising executive boards, managing directors and supervisory boards on corporate and liability law issues.
He also advises listed and unlisted stock corporations, inter alia, on the preparation and conduct of general meetings (drafting of invitations, back office, implementation of corporate actions, etc.) and on representation in rescission and award proceedings.
Oliver Häck also has a wide range of practical experience in advising start-ups and venture capitalists on financing rounds and exits.
