Krasen Krastev is a lawyer and works as a counsel at the Düsseldorf office.
He advises companies, financial investors and founders on national and international M&A trans-actions, joint ventures, funding rounds, carve-outs, restructurings and conversions, as well as on general corporate matters, in particular corporate governance and compliance.
Before joining BUSE, Krasen Krastev spent more than ten years working at major international law firms and, most recently, as a counsel at a notary’s office specialising in M&A.
Krasen Krastev advises in both German and English.
