Dr. Jan Greve is an attorney at BUSE’s Hamburg office and a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law practice group.
His practice focuses on real estate project development, real estate transactions, and construction and architectural law. Dr. Greve also handles cases in commercial tenancy law (primarily office and retail). He advises clients in the retail, office, commercial and logistics sectors on the purchase and sale of real estate and the drafting of construction, architectural and commercial tenancy agreements, as well as on asset management. One focus of his practice is on construction-related advice, including possible legal project management.
As a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, Dr. Greve also has extensive experience in litigation and represents his clients in disputes.
