Jan Langenfurth is a lawyer at BUSE’s Hamburg office and a member of the Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Group.
His main areas of expertise are construction and architectural law, in particular contract drafting and advice during construction, as well as advising companies and real estate funds on commercial tenancy law and asset management. He also advises clients on real estate transactions and project developments.
After passing his first exam in North Rhine-Westphalia and his second exam in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg, Jan Langenfurth has been practising as a lawyer in Hamburg since August 2013. From 2013 to 2021, Jan Langenfurth practised at a renowned medium-sized law firm before joining BUSE in 2022. Mr Langenfurth successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in construction and architectural law in 2016.
