Dennis Gonta LL.M. is attorney and Senior Associate at BUSE’s Dusseldorf office. He is a member of the Labour and Employment Law practice group and the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical practice group and the Data protection law for companies.
He advises employers and human resources managers on all labor and social security law issues as well as healthcare providers and service providers on various medical law issues and companies on various German and European data protection law issues. In addition, his practice focuses on the interface between medical and labor law (e.g. drafting employment contracts for physicians, fee-based physician contracts, etc., issues of bogus self-employment, the purchase/sale of medical and dental practices, social data protection, etc.).

Mr. Gonta successfully completed the master’s program in “Medical Law” at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Dusseldorf. This ended with the award of the academic degree “Master of Laws” (LL.M.) and at the same time provided him with the theoretical knowledge for the specialist lawyer for medical law. In addition, Mr. Gonta is currently completing the master’s program in “Business Law” at the University of Cologne.
