Albrecht von Wilucki is a solicitor at the Dusseldorf office and, in addition to being admitted to the German bar, is also admitted as an attorney at law in the US state of New York. He is co-leader of the Technology and Data Economy Law Practice Group.
His practice focuses on IT and data protection law. He advises companies operating in Germany and internationally on the drafting and negotiation of general terms and conditions, terms of use, licence, SaaS, cloud and other technology and IT agreements for their digital business models and supports them in implementing the requirements arising in particular from European digital legislation, such as the Data Act, the AI Act, NIS2 and DORA.
Albrecht von Wilucki is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
Albrecht von Wilucki is also an authorised translator for the English language in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
He completed his legal training at the Regional Court of Duisburg, with placements at the data protection officer of the state capital Düsseldorf and the legal department of a large steel trading company.
