Dietmar Heise joined the employment law department of the law firm BUSE in Stuttgart as a partner on 1 January 2025.
Dietmar Heise has many years of experience in the restructuring of businesses and companies, including those close to insolvency, in the negotiation of works agreements, reconciliation of interests, social plans and collective agreements as well as in advising on transfers of businesses. He represents clients throughout Germany before labour courts of all instances as well as before ordinary and social courts in matters relating to labour law.
