Dr Torben Todsen is a Partner at BUSE. He provides advice on national and international property issues and transactions.
His main practice areas include real property law, commercial tenancy law, plant construction, project development, real estate financing and corporate law. Moreover, his activities in the area of inheritance law and the execution of wills are taking on increasing importance. He also has many years’ experience in corporate and commercial law matters as well as in conflict resolution procedures, including litigation.
