Philipp Knoke is a partner, Lawyer, Tax Adviser and Certified Advisor in International Taxation at our Hamburg office.
He advises on national and international tax strategies, with a particular focus on integrated tax structuring that takes full account of both the business and the families behind it.
A particular area of his focus is succession planning – ranging from business and wealth succession to foundation structures and solutions for minors. He frequently acts as the key, long-term advisor for entrepreneurial families. He also advises on (inter)national corporate structuring and property transactions.
In addition, he has extensive experience in tax court proceedings and criminal tax law.
As a versatile sparring partner, he supports his clients far beyond traditional tax and legal advice in their key business and private decisions.
Before joining BUSE, Philipp Knoke worked in various commercial law firms as a lawyer and tax adviser, most recently for nine years as a tax partner. He was also head of the Private Clients division at a Big Four firm.
