Michael Banhardt joined BUSE’s Berlin office in 2007 as a Partner. He is qualified as a German lawyer as well as a civil law notary.
He advises German and international clients on the creation of different legal und fiscal constructions, in particular in the fields of real estate law, corporate and tax law, international tax law, corporate descent and law regarding fiscal offenses.
Michael Banhardt has acquired an extensive knowledge in many fields of national and international law, including tax law.
He speaks fluent German, English and Spanish and has a good level in French and Polish; he is able to notarize deeds in all these languages.
