Martina Hadasch is a lawyer and Counsel at BUSE.
Martina Hadasch provides legal support and advice to public authorities and their associated companies in connection with the preparation and implementation of European and national procurement procedures.
She supports and advises both contracting authorities and tenderers during the complete procurement procedure as well as bidders applying for service concessions.
Martina Hadasch represents contracting authorities, tenderers and bidders in procurement review procedures before the competent national authorities and courts as well as in civil lawsuits in the area of contract management.
Martina Hadasch also provides legal support and advice in the fields of public law beyond public commercial law, such as municipal law and public building law.
Furthermore, she is an author in the commentary on the emergency paramedics law (Kommentar zum Notfallsanitätergesetz) and the “emergency paramedic upgrade” textbook (Notfallsanitäter upgrade). She is a lecturer in the legal clerkship programme of the Higher Regional Court of Munich (OLG) and gives several lectures on public procurement topics.
