Christine Vock has been a lawyer at Buse Heberer Fromm since 2001 and a Partner since 2010.
Her main areas of practice are intellectual property, focused on trademarks and unfair competition law as well as company, commercial and distribution law. She advises clients before and throughout company and business measures, such as the foundation of companies, brand introductions and trademark applications or the planning and realisation of advertising campaigns.
Christine Vock represents her clients in out-of-court disputes, especially in matters concerning intellectual property, distribution law and company disputes. She also represents them in proceedings before German courts and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. She is a member of Buse Heberer Fromm’s Intellectual Property practice group.
Christine Vock advises and represents national and international companies operating in the fields of production, services and distribution. Her clients also include public and non-profit enterprises. Christine Vock regularly works in both English and German and, for this reason, often acts for internationally operating companies.
