Alexander Herbert is a lawyer and President of the Advisory Board of BUSE Rechtsanwälte AG in Zurich, which he has managed since 2006. He has been a Partner at BUSE Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Berlin since 2007, and leads BUSE’s Real Estate and Construction Law practice group.
His activity in Zurich focuses on legal consultation for international enterprises and entrepreneurs in corporate law matters, in particular the relocation or justification of activities in Switzerland and the relocation of individuals to or from Switzerland.
In Berlin, his main activities include corporate law (consultation of enterprises, entrepreneurs and executives in all fields of corporate law, especially M&A, restructuring, laws pertaining to capital markets), as well as real estate law with a focus on transactions (restructuring, acquisition and sale of private real estate portfolios), private building law, real estate-related financing and project development.
