Michael Kuffer is a lawyer and Partner at BUSE.
He advises legislative and administrative bodies as well as state and municipal investment companies and service providers in all questions of public law and public procurement law. He specialises in public safety/hazard prevention and services of public interest, construction and real estate as well as infrastructure.
Michael Kuffer is known throughout Germany for his expertise in the field of rescue services, including the awarding of rescue service contracts. He is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, coordinator of the Public Safety Network and Head of the Institute for Education and Innovation in Hazard Prevention.
Michael Kuffer was a member of the Munich City Council for 10 years.
