Dr Klaus Neumann is a lawyer and partner at BUSE in Munich.
He specialises in commercial and corporate law and employment law.
Dr Neumann advises medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs on their ongoing commercial law matters, in particular on supply contracts and distribution agreements, as well as on issues of corporate law, especially shareholder disputes, restructuring and transactions.
As a specialist lawyer for labour law, he advises companies and human resources managers on all matters of individual and collective labour law.
His area of expertise covers all aspects of labour law. His focus is on advising and supporting companies in restructuring and complex employment relationships, including the preparation of terminations and legal disputes.
