Dr Stefan Pooth is a lawyer and, since 2014, a Partner at BUSE.

He advises the public authorities and their subsidiary companies in matters of public business law, in particular in the areas of public procurement law, subsidy law, local and regional public transport law as well as energy and appropriations law. He focuses on advising municipalities, public services, local and regional public transport operators and the recipients of appropriations.
