The international law firm Buse Heberer Fromm welcomes two new partners in 2018: Dr René-Alexander Hirth (54) and Florian Stahl (44).
Together with Dr René-Alexander Hirth, Buse Heberer Fromm has established its Stuttgart office as the seventh office of the firm in Germany as from January 1, 2018. As a specialist in corporate law, arbitration and litigation in Europe and Asia, Dr Hirth will not only continue to advise companies from Southwest Germany in complex disputes and contracts but work closely together with the firm’s China desk in Frankfurt headed by Wolfgang Meding, the Japan desk in Düsseldorf headed by Dr Christian Quack, and the Australia desk in Berlin/Sydney headed by Prof Dr Wolfgang Babeck to expand the firm’s service offering to German and Asian clients engaged in cross-border business. Until the end of 2017, Dr René-Alexander Hirth was a partner with Baker Tilly’s Stuttgart office.
“With the arrival of the two new partners and the decision to set up a new office in Stuttgart, Buse Heberer Fromm underlines its strong determination to keep on growing, and establishes another competence centre for its international orientation, with a focus on Asia,” says Dr Alexander Otto, Chairman of the firm’s partner council.
